Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship to:

  • United States (including Hawaiʻi and U.S. territories)

  • International (if applicable – optional)

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Hawaiʻi & outer islands: 5–10 business days

  • International: 1–3 weeks (customs may cause delays)

Delays
Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays. Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for carrier-related issues or delays. However, we can review your case.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim or finding a resolution.
